What kind of photo will work with your designs?

All photos must be high resolution (at least 300 dpi at a 5 inch by 7 inch size) in order to provide the best print quality. If photos provided are not the requisite resolution, then you will be contacted to provide a higher resolution copy or another photo.

Oh, and all photography used in my sample photo cards belong to and are courtesy of Steph Fowler Photography. Copyright in the photos belong to Steph so please do not use those photos in any form without contacting her for permission first. Thanks a bunch!

I see a backer from one of your other designs that I like better. Can I use that backer instead?

Of course! Although each card is shown/paired with a backer, you are able to substitute in a different backer that you may like from one of my other designs. Just let me know which backer design you like, and I will be sure to include that with your proofs.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Turnaround times for each order will vary based on our communications and how long it takes for me to receive your revision notes/final proof approval. The time frame for all other parts of the proofing and printing process can be found on the process page.

It looks like some designs can be letterpress printed. How much does that cost and what is the turnaround time for letterpress printing?

In addition to the turnaround time variation based on how long it takes for me to receive your revision notes/final proof approval, letterpress orders typically ship within 5-6 weeks from final proof approval. The cost for letterpress printing will vary based on the complexity of your selected design (e.g., is it a one color design or a two color design). Please email me for an estimate or for the letterpress pricing guide.

Please note that our letterpress pieces are typically printed on Crane's Lettra 110 lb. and 220 lb. 100% cotton stock in either flourescent white or pearl white instead of on the stock options listed on each product description. Although Lettra is the more standard letterpress stock, letterpress pieces can be printed on a thicker weight bamboo stock or on other fun and modern mediums (additional costs may apply) so just email me to inquire.

Also, please keep in mind that letterpress printing does change the color availability for some designs. Typically, letterpress printing/designs consist of one color or two colors. More colors can be used, but this, of course, will increase your costs since each color requires a run through the press, compared to digital/flat printing where all colors can be printed in one print run.

I ordered digital guest address printing for my invitation mailing envelopes. How should I submit that information to you?

Your file can be uploaded from your wedding suite customization form. Guest names and addresses must be submitted in Excel spreadsheet format with the following column headings:

  • Title(s) and Name(s)
  • Address 1
  • Address 2
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Country
Please make sure to spell out all abbreviations and states as well as review your file carefully because all information will be printed as it is submitted.

The cost of any reprint requests, including reprints of typographically or informationally incorrect entries, will be the sole financial responsibility of the client. However, if the error was a mistake on the part of lehan paper, then the cost of the reprints will be taken care of by lehan paper.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Simply check out, and you will be directed through the necessary steps to complete your order and payment.

How will my order ship?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Estimated arrival for shipments within the United States is 1 to 3 business days from shipping date. International shipment times vary dependent on destination country.

If you need rush shipping, then USPS Express Mail is available for both domestic and international orders. Please email to inquire about Express shipping for your particular order weight, size, and shipment destination.

What if I need to return my order?

Because of the nature of custom stationery, no returns will be issued once order printing begins, unless it is a mistake on the part of lehan paper (e.g., outside of slight color variations, your printed stationery looks nothing like your proofs).

However, if you need to cancel your order after proofing has begun and before order printing begins, then fifty percent (50%) of the order cost will be retained to cover the completed design work and fifty percent (50%) of the order cost plus your shipping cost will be returned to you.

Lastly, there are no returns for hard copy proof requests.
