Never gone through the stationery proofing and printing process? Well, here is our process in a nutshell.


1 // First Proof: After your customization form and order/payment confirmation are received, your first digital proof will be created and emailed to you for review within 3 business days.

2 // Second/Third Proofs: If you have any revision requests after reviewing your first proof, then please email me with those revision notes (and of course, if everything is fine and dandy with the proof, then let me know that, too). I will revise your design and email your second proof within 3 business days. If you ordered anything besides a wedding suite, then your second proof will be your final proof. If there are no typographical or informational errors on the part of lehan paper based on the information provided, then please email me your final proof approval. Of course, if I made the mistake, then I will revise and send you a correction proof free of charge. However, if you request further preference revisions, then there will be a proof fee of $25 per additional proof per stationery piece.

For wedding invitation suites, the same proofing process applies, except your order includes one additional proof/round of revision to make sure that everything is just right for your big day.

3 // Hard Copy Proofs: If you are in need of a hard copy proof after seeing your digital proof and prior to order printing, then please let me know via email. Hard copy proofs are an additional $15 per stationery piece and will add about a week to your turnaround time. Please note that this is only available for digitally/flat printed orders, not for letterpress orders.

Printing // Production

After final proof approval or full/final payment is received, whichever is later, your order will be sent off to print and will ship out in about 1 to 6 weeks, dependent on the quantity ordered, your selected printing method, and what you ordered (i.e., 25 flat printed invitations versus 300 letterpress suites including assembled envelope liners). If you need anything rushed, then please email to inquire.

Please note that because print runs will have slight variations in coloring, it is recommended that you order all of your stationery that needs to match exactly in one batch/order. Again, these variations in print runs are only slight so, for example, the additional 25 invitations ordered after your original order of wedding invitations will still match, just not exactly because of the nature of the printing process.

Lastly, if you find that you need a reprint of your order after printing has begun, then the cost of reprinting is the client's responsibility. The cost of a reprint is the same as your original order cost.

That's it! Once your order is printed, it will be packaged up and sent on it's merry way to you.
